Walk #6

Today, Rosie, KL (dd) and I had short walk for a couple of reasons. One, KL was with us, she's only five and doesn't have school on Fridays. She did great and even held the leash on the second half of our walk. The second reason was....the sky. It was getting darker and darker and I really didn't want to have to drag both Rosie and KL home in the rain, so we hurried and scooted home. Still it was a good walk Rosie is now napping and KL is playing a video game. Hopefully we'll get a good walk in tomorrow.

Day 5 of walking Day 1 of Blog!

Rosie (my very overweight Beagle/Shepherd mix) and I have been on five long walks in 6 days and I thought what better way to keep us going than a blog about our walks and our progress. Rosie and I both should walk for our health so we'll keep you posted, we have scheduled a weigh-in for April 26th!

Today we took a different route and I had on new shoes! There are lots of hills where we live in Central Missouri so it can be very challenging to keep going for both of us, but my girl Rosie kept going....bless her heart!

See you tomorrow. It's supposed to rain here and I'll have the company of my five year-old dd so we'll see.
